WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Apprentice excursions and team-building events full of fun and action are on the agenda from day one. This strengthens the bond among apprentices and helps new trainees integrate into the team in no time.
All costs for seminars and preparatory courses for the final apprenticeship exam are covered by BECK.
From preventive health care to dealing with fake news: In personality development training sessions with external coaches, current topics are explored together.
We reward both good performance in vocational school and passing the final apprenticeship exam with financial bonuses.
A dedicated in-house training workshop is available for the training of our metal technology apprentices.

Apprenticeship duration: 3.5 years
Location: Mauerkirchen (AUT)
Vocational school: Schaerding (10-week block per year)
Apprenticeship compensation: €1,050.00 gross per month in the 1st year
- Manufacturing and assembling machine parts
- Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our machines and production systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving operational malfunctions
- Replacing defective machine parts and components
- Producing required spare parts
- Metal processing
- Operating computer-aided systems and equipment
Start date: from August 2026
Apprenticeship duration: 3.5 years
Location: Mauerkirchen (AUT)
Vocational school: Gmunden (10-week block per year)
Apprenticeship compensation: €1,050.00 gross per month in the 1st year
- Metalworking tasks
- Measuring electrical and non-electrical quantities
- Generation, conversion, and distribution of electrical energy
Start date: from August 2026
Apprenticeship duration: 3 years
Location: Mauerkirchen (AUT)
Vocational school: Ried (10-week block per year)
Apprenticeship compensation: €1,050.00 gross per month in the 1st year
- Preparing quotations
- Managing company payments and financial transactions
- Office management
- Project organization and planning
