FASCO® INMOTION

Our handheld sled for precise stapling or nailing.

Stapling and nailing – with a single device! The mechanical control of FASCO® INMOTION activates pneumatic tools at varying intervals, depending on the settings.

The base module

FASCO® INMOTION is our flexible and efficient solution for entering professional series production. Smooth and precise in straight-line operation, it guarantees ergonomic working conditions. Thanks to its modular design, our INMOTION base module provides ample space for tool integration. Compatible FASCO® nailers and stapler can be mounted in just moments without the need for tools, while the dual handles – one side infinitely adjustable – enhance ergonomic handling.

INMOTION is compatible with 7 different FASCO® pneumatic tools, making it exceptionally versatile. FASCO® nailers or staplers – including high-performance tools for processing wide-crown staples – can be mounted on the INMOTION base module in seconds without the need for tools. Paired with the Pogo Stick (accessory), series production becomes even more ergonomic and time-efficient.

FASCO® INMOTION Pogo Stick

 

The FASCO® INMOTION Pogo Stick makes working on large surfaces and in series production even more ergonomic. In addition to a standard length of 39.40 in (100 cm), our Pogo Stick is available in custom-made lengths up to 98.40 in (250 cm) on request, making it the ideal accessory for standing work with the FASCO® INMOTION base module by BECK. The Pogo Stick can rotate 360° and swivel 90° upward and downward. Color-coded connectors ensure easy and quick assembly.

Three triggers – full flexibility

The FASCO® INMOTION base module allows the triggering of mounted pneumatic tools either at the handles, at the front part of the hand sled, or via a connected Pogo Stick.

Done in seconds and without tools

Tool Change

Load magazine

Adjust the magazine plate of the tool according to the length of the SCRAIL® or nails using the scale, and load the magazine with a SCRAIL® or nail coil. The nail should be positioned in the nose channel.

Place the tool

Place the tool onto the INMOTION handheld sled. Secure the height adjustment screw to the desired height of the tool.

Connect the air hoses

Connect the air hoses according to the color markings.

Couple the compressed air hose

Couple the compressor's air hose. Set the compressor air pressure between 72.5 and 116 psi (5 and 8 bar). For more information, refer to the manual of your FASCO® tool.

Perform a test shot

Press the single trigger for a test shot. Check the result of your shot and adjust and secure the height adjustment if necessary.

06

Secure the tool

Remove the tool from the INMOTION base module and tighten the locking nut with a 0.70 in (17 mm) wrench. Attach the device to the FASCO® INMOTION.
